Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we do! We offer free standard shipping on all orders in the United States Over $75.  All orders under $75 will have a flat $5 shipping rate for your convenience.
 
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
If you wish to change an order, please email us as soon as possible.  Once you have received your confirmation email, your order has been packed and mailed and we can no longer make any adjustments.
 
How do I know what size I am?
We understand that humans are not built like mannequins.  Label sizing can vary greatly depending on brand.  Associates are encouraged to try out new arrivals so that they are familiar with different fits and which labels works best for different body types. We encourage you to try multiple sizes to find the perfect fit.

What if an item I want is out of stock?
In the event that an item you had your eye on is out of stock altogether or just in your size, please feel free to email us and we will be happy to help you find a new item or let you know if a re-order has been placed.

All online items are sold in our store.  As a result of shared inventory, we may sell out of an item that is still listed as available online. We will notify you by email if your order is not complete.   

What are your hours of operation?
Our website is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so you can shop all day and all night.

How do you ship the orders?
We ship all orders through the United States Post Office. Each order will receive a tracking number which will be emailed to you when the order is shipped. Each item is inspected prior to shipping to be sure it is packaged with love.
 
How will I know when my order has shipped?
We ship all orders in a timely manner to ensure that you receive your goodies ASAP. Your order will ship the next day if placed on a weekday before 5 pm CST.  You will receive an email notification with a tracking number to let you know that your goodies are on the way!
 
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we do! We want you to be totally in love with your purchases but we understand it can be difficult to know sizing without being able to try on. Refer to our returns page here for more information about returns.
  
What form of payments do you accept?
We have a secure payment option for everyone. We accept Paypal, American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.
 
What if my order does not arrive or is lost or stolen in transit?
Once the order has left our warehouse and is in the hands of the USPS it is their property. Wildflowers is not responsible for lost or stolen mail via USPS. However, If your item does not arrive in a prompt time frame we will try to assist in tracking it down. Please email us!
